Thermage: Any male or female with any skin color, who has moderate skin laxity and is not yet ready, or willing or able to have a surgical lift. We could perform thermage in any area, such as face, neck, abdomen, arm, or eyes.

Procedure Description

Thermage works by delivering heat energy (called radiofrequency) through a hand piece to the deeper parts of the skin (dermis). Eventually new collagen develops and remodels to give an even firmer appearance to the skin. This technique is non-ablative in that it does not cause damage to the surface of the skin. Effects of this procedure can last from 6 months up to 2 years. 

The ReFirme procedure for skin tightening and wrinkle treatment is very easy to perform. A full face pass is performed first on the patient. The patient will immediately notice the contact cooling and the gentle thermal effect as the applicator is pulsed on the face and neck. The ReFirme application is virtually painless and the contact cooling temperature can be changed to Strong when treating over bony prominences. Results may be seen over time however full benefits will not be observed for at least three to six months.
